Arconic in Hungary (previously known as Alcoa): from the initial presence in Hungary more than two decades ago, Arconic now has production units and offices in 3 locations to serve customers in the aerospace, commercial transportation and industrial markets. These facilities produce technologically advanced products that include aluminum rolled products (coils, sheets, circles and brazing sheets for heat exchangers), wheels, fasteners and fastener installation systems, structural castings, turbine engine components.

No question, that Alcoa is unique here in Szfehérvár. They offer good working conditions, interesting positions and what is the most important for me competitive salary. Much better than other possibilities in the city…

In general people have a good relationship with the management. Goals and responsibilities are clearly communicated. Working hours can be tough at given times of the year, but it's generally ok.

It is a good team at Alcoa in Székesfehérvár. Alcoa is among the few companies that can provide real career opportunities at this part of the country. The office location is ok with good public transportation. The job is quite interesting, there are career opportunities.
