BP GBS Europe defines, owns, sources and operates global end-to-end process design to run activities in a standard manner. We provide finance, customer service, procurement and sourcing and HR administration activities for Europe and globally. We operate in 15 languages, with over 200 teams and we employ 27 different nationalities. To add to our long history in Budapest, we are excited to expand our operations in Szeged this year.

Good training opportunities, good environment. I had bad luck with the workload, so therefore I had to leave. People who stay longer in the office are more valued even if they had some chat during the day. Who is working during the day but has other things to do, as well, like household or hobbies, that person is better to leave.

The company has strong values which they communicate quite well. I'm happy with my salary and the workload is not extremely large. At the same time it is rather difficult to change positions within the company.
