Citi is not the greatest workplace necessarily but offers exceptional WLB oportunities, decent amount of stretch assignments and extra projects. However the office is literally in the middle of nowhere and is completely a sterile environment. Excitement and fun level: 0.
Most of the jobs here have little value added so come only here if you cann live with all of these.

My experience is totally different, they replied very fast during the recruitment process and although I did not accept the position because I received a better offer for a higher position at another company, but they gave me feedback via the agency. The interview was also what I expect, 2 rounds and the HR contact was very helpful.

the center's management are amateurs, they don't value your time. I went there 4 times for 4 rounds interview and they didn't give any feedback or contacted me...... waste of time!!! Also I have a couple of friends working there and non is satisfied....... they cry back the time when they worked for other ssc.
