The outsourced HR operations in Middle- and Easter-European countries is quite a challenge, mostly because of the cultural and legal differences and the standardized solutions built upon American logic that we need to implement. I find the movement of information somewhat slow between regions and accounts, especially when it comes to best practices.

I enjoy my work here, plenty of good people, good compensation and relatively flexible hours. Constant reorganization gives minor headaches, but otherwise it's ok.
