I started to work here as an intern one year ago and I still love it. Challenging job, friendly environment, flexible part time options for uni students, very good salary for a career starter, great benefits like free language courses and private medical health care. I would love to stay here after uni as a full time employee. ☺️

I have been working with the company for more than 10 years and have never thought to go anywhere else to work.
Very nice environment, professional and friendly at the same time. Lots of types of career possibilities, based on individual needs and interests - as I like changes and continuous learning, I have been in 6 different positions in 10 years, all very interesting ones.
There are many benefits, from life and private health insurance to free language courses, private pension fund contribution, educational refund for second degree or specific courses.
Besides work there are many initiatives and committees one can join, regarding brand, learning and development, events organization, inclusion and diversity, women's interest network. Extensive on-the-job training programme and continuous trainings throughout one's career are provided, also to develop leadership skills. Also technical ones (excel, access, etc) and soft skills (communication, coaching, etc)
Workplace flexibility options, family focus (we have a separate Family Advisor position) are great.
The office is part of the global ExxonMobil corporation, which is one of the biggest energy company in the world. In the Budapest office there are more than 1500 people.

Exxon is almost the biggest company in the world, working here could be really motivating, as you can feel that you are the part of a bigger thing than you can imagine. Of course the salary and other benefits are more than correct, but you have to earn your money. I worked for 3 other multinational company before, but the workload is harder here, than in any other place.
