I started to work here as an intern one year ago and I still love it. Challenging job, friendly environment, flexible part time options for uni students, very good salary for a career starter, great benefits like free language courses and private medical health care. I would love to stay here after uni as a full time employee. ☺️

Cross between a kindergarten and a viper nest. Very buerocratic, lots of contradicting regulations, but on the bottom line only your position matters: if you are in a leadership position, you can afford whatever you want. The place lacks professionalism, and the way to promotions is office politics, self-promotion, sucking up to the management, and ratting on others. The tasks are monotonous and not challenging, the management can afford all kind of discrimination, mobbing, bullying and harassment against their workers because the company will always side with the person higher on the hierarchy. The teams are good, but the cronyism and nepotism breeds a hostile, stressful and overcontrolling environment where you have to watch every step you take.

There are several extracurricular activities and committees, lots of events organised, usually with catering. The company is very family-friendly and supports the reintegration of maternity leavers.

The best benefit is the company support of voluntary pension savings which is quite generous. There are lots of team building events. Salaries are not too good, and they have nothing to do with performance.

Home office possibility is also quite generous.

Not bad for a beginner position, as you get to see how a big company operates, but after that you should leave because there are way better places.

I've been with the company for 7 years, had 4 different positions all in different fields. They were all complex ones with nice challenges. I've been improving from day 1 on from knowledge, leadership skills, flexibility and interpersonal skills perspective.

From compensation point of view I appreciate that salary and performance are reviewed regularly and if I do fine, it is appreciated financially as well. There are many extras beyond the cash and cafeteria. I have a retirement savings account, language courses, trainings. I managed a 2nd MsC degree sponsored by the company. It's also cool that one gets recognition after different service periods or extra activities. We have nice discounts with such service providers as Telecom or Wellness Facilities.
We have a Club that one can voluntarely join, with that I go to swim or to the Zoo for free.
My favorit benefit is that we always get more paid vacation days than pre-scribed by law. :)

As for the environment, the colleagues are smart and have the knowledge, moreover helpful.
The company is driven by safety and health. For instance anyone can get a 2 day first aid training for free or we get fruits once a week.
The office has easy access to metro and we have an inhouse post office, cafés, restaurants, dry-cleaning, 2 fitness rooms, or a moving, mobile mini market.
