IBM IDC Székesfehérvár: In 1997 the leadership of IBM decided to locate one of its seven strategic international service centers to Székesfehérvár and to serve IBM and non-IBM clients from here, mainly in the fields of operation-system assistance, data storage treatment, and remote supervision of system networks, all these on different platforms.

IBM ISC Budapest: GTS Services Delivery brings together all of IBM's worldwide service delivery capabilities for Strategic Outsourcing with strong local and regional management teams supported by a set of three global competencies, Security, Asset & Risk Management (SARM), End User Support (EUS), and Server Systems Operations (SSO). ITD's mission is to leverage IBM's global scale and advanced technology to deliver standardized solutions that are more automated, repeatable and globally integrated.

IBM ISSC Budapest: IBM's International Shared Service Center (ISSC) in Budapest was founded in 2004. The. Our centre is one of the most significant investments in the Hungarian service industry. With its highly qualified and multilingual staff (all together they support in 25 languages, 6 geographies served over 50 countries), the Center provides back-office and call-center services for IBM's own operations and global customer set. Some of the services that ISSC provides include: process support for human resources, customer services, accounting and financing. Currently, it has 8 various functuions, two of the located in the Infopark, where IBM Hungary is also located (Customer Relationship Management Centre and EMEA Accounting Centre), two functions are located at the DunaTower (IBM Global Financing and Internal Controls and Testing) while all other functions are to be found at the headquarters, in CityGate.

The workload we need to deal with is sometimes overwhelming and I'm not entirely happy with the salary. Pay raises come slowly and there are no bonus incentives.

Nice people at the company and as an IT person I can work quite a lot from home. The building is vary modern and the athmosphere is pleasant.
