It has all the advantages and disadvantages of the multinational environment. Almost everything is contolled by the head office, which means a lot administration and a lot of extra time, but of course it's depend on your role, how close your connection is with Germany. Everything is multinational: your salary, your working hours, your tasks, technological stuffs.

All in all a hectic experience to work here. The company is growing very fast, there are always changes, always something new, always problems to solve. Management is somewhat lacking behind the size.

At the same time, with changes come opportunities. There are a lot of opportunities to move internally. For sure it is a very good experience professional-wise to be involved in this company right now. There are newer and newer projects and of course there are mistakes by the management, but you can learn a lot from them as well.
