Firstly let me highlight the advantages:

This is a well world known brand with internationally great corporate culture. It is good to have on CV. Location of office is central, there is a park opposite.Yet, Budapest office fails to embrace integrity respect and fair opportunities for employees. The management is rigid, there are no formal follow-ups and reviews done, employees of SSC should not expect to be promoted within first 2-3 years of service.
This company provide good cafeteria, but salary is lower then other SSCs, and career opportunities are not available. There are nice initiatives going on like smoothie friday, fruit friday, friday massage.

If you are a foreigner think twice before applying. The colleagues are not welcoming to foreign colleagues, chatting always in Hungarian and complaining to be forced to hold team meetings in English. The atmosphere is not great either, "pro-activeness" and career development conversations are not tolerated well.
If you are looking for log=term rewarding career in good multi-cultural environment, this is not a place to go.
