This is a company for people who want grow, develop themselves and collect experiences. Like most of the SSC-'s this Systemax is also all the time changing. So this is not the place where you just sit on your but the whole day, and you are not challenged. If you put effort into your job, you can grow here. If you are committed and you are proactive, hardworking and enhusiasic you will be promoted. Or if you realize that the job doesn't fit to you, you still can move internally to another position. All depends on you, what you make of it. So this place is full of challenges and if you don't like changes, this is definitely not your future workplace. But if you want collect experiences and be part of a joung and dynamic team, than you are welcome!

Mostly bad management / Team leaders, they have no clue what to really do. They come up with absulutely stupid, riduculous ideas to run they team better ( they think) This is the place where expecting you to do everything for the company but not in the opposite way.

Top management is selfish, all they care about is their money. Mid managers are powerless, unable to make real changes. HR is absolutely clueless, has no idea what they are doing. Technical equipments are awful (an IT reseller company which is unable to provide proper IT stuff to its employees). The company is able to hire some outstanding people but they soon realise the situation and run away (which you should do immediately).

One upshot though: as a first experience in a SSC this is a good place. Here you will see things go wrong that could go wrong. After leaving the company you will be much more wiser.
