Tasks and activities

Business Analyst Component

  • End to End process assessment for Automation feasibility
  • Design automation solutions for existing business processes
  • Create and maintain documentation related to projects, process mapping, business requirement, functional and technical specification, coding, design test script, test plan and go-live release notes
  • Work together with developer in resolving any open issues during development of project
  • Think out of the box to identify work around and re-design process
  • If required should be willing to learn selected robotics tools for automating process

 

Value Analyst Component

  • Financial assessment and qualification of Automation processes
  • Determination of As-Is and To-Be process metrics
  • Feed into Business Case and recommendation on go/no-go
  • Engagement with Project/Financial Control

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills – need to understand to analyze processes– who is responsible, doing what when, no technical side, strong process analytical skills, re-engineering
  • Process assessment experience for End to End process automation
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirement & needs to implement automation solution
  • Self-starter and should have performed assessments independently with minimum support within stringent time line
  • Experience in automation tools will be an asset
  • Effective at managing complex and multiple sources of information to provide insight
  • Good programme management skills
  • Improves processes to eliminate non-value adding activities
