Team / organisation unit description

This combined HR Manager role directs the Regional HR function for a mixed client group of 250 employees in the Engineering System P&L, Supply Chain and Functional teams. In this role, you will provide leadership and expertise for the full scope The role will require to drive facilitate and manage our culture locally and shift focus to strategic site related items as needed, as well as setting up our key HR processes locally. You will be the key to the success of your client group in terms of talent management, leadership support, employer branding for new and existing employees and communications.


Tasks and activities

  • GROW by leading functional talent recruitment strategies
  • managing the recruitment roles and responsibilities
  • influencing hiring managers and communicating ongoing results to local key stakeholders
  • BUILD culture and competitive employer branding:
  • ensuring employee engagement action items are on track
  • helping and rationalizing “Health Ahead” and Engagement efforts and budget for highest impact
  • ensure employee advocacy
  • promote your functions as employers of choice within and outside SUEZ
  • SHAPE by supporting organization development and driving change
  • identifying and building internal pipeline
  • mapping talents externally and within SUEZ
  • defining internal and cross business career paths
  • ensuring consistency among functions
  • simplify HR processes wherever you can
  • COACH by supporting local leadership culture and the HR wheel
  • training mangers and new employees on SUEZ’s performance development approach
  • completing action items in local people and organization reviews
  • working with training resources to map and communicate training plans

  • You’ll be an experienced HR professional from within SUEZ and you’ll have established yourself as a credible HR Manager
  • You’ll also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You can navigate your way through all the HR operations
  • You’re self-starter able to make sound judgments and drive decisions
  • You’re able to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations
  • Master English at a proficient level
  • Successfull applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • At least 5 additional years of experience in a variety of Human Resource positions, both staff and client based
