Team / organisation unit description
This combined HR Manager role directs the Regional HR function for a mixed client group of 250 employees in the Engineering System P&L, Supply Chain and Functional teams. In this role, you will provide leadership and expertise for the full scope The role will require to drive facilitate and manage our culture locally and shift focus to strategic site related items as needed, as well as setting up our key HR processes locally. You will be the key to the success of your client group in terms of talent management, leadership support, employer branding for new and existing employees and communications.
