Tasks and activities

  • The Learning Services organization supporting the management of various training portfolios for one of the world’s leading integrated oil and gas company is looking for its next enthusiastic and determined Learning Coordinators to join the team located in Budapest.
  • The role requires excellent interpersonal skills as successful candidates will be the first point of contact for local business teams, handling portfolios and leading administrative training activities for business critical trainings.
  • Challenging, fast-paced and diverse environment is granted, as the company-wide standardized Learning Management System accomodates training management for employees working in the fields of exploration to refinining worldwide.


  • Bachelor degree and fluency in Dutch and English
  • Excellent communicational and organizational skills: experience in tailoring messages, flexible approach to coping with fast moving, and frequently shifting priorities
  • 2+ years of experience in team and stakeholder management
  • Customer service experience and great attention to detail is essential along with a problem-solving attitude as daily operation requires active stakeholder management
  • Ability to work with remote teams effectively and at the same time the drive to complete administrative tasks efficiently with high quality.
  • Tech-savvy candidates are more than welcome as several platforms are used along with our ultimate training management tool and we are thriving to find the best solutions for reporting, demand planning etc. to drive efficiency throughout the organization in the field of learning and development
