Team / organisation unit description

In our Global Business Services offices in Budapest and Szeged we provide services to move our business forward. As we are continuously growing we look for experienced professionals to contribute to our success.

Tasks and activities

  • provide excellent customer support whilst maintaining effective working relationships with HR business teams
  • provide 1st and 2nd level support for in scope applications and infrastructure including Performance Management, Learning Operations and data interfaces
  • record, analyze and manage incidents in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • follow defined Problem and Incident Management processes, escalate where necessary and deliver regular updates to customers and management
  • participate in Release Management process for releases relating to the applications
  • maintain relevant support documentation for applicationAs a HR Services First Level Support Analyst you will make a significant impact by:
  • ensuring positive customer experience by the ability to work with people at all levels and across organization boundaries
  • maintaining data integrity in various systems by adhering to the BP standards
  • maintaining our reputation by your professional, helpful and pro-active attitude towards our customers and stakeholders and represent one of the largest global energy company

Additional requirements (certifications, special knowledge, software etc.)

  • fluency in English and intermediate level of German language skills
  • strong eye for detail, accuracy and effective problem solving skills
  • good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with basic understanding of browsers and networks
  • experience of working and manipulating data and reports
  • client focused and support oriented
  • experience of working in ticketing / incident management systems (Oracle Siebel, Remedy etc.) and SAP HR OR relevant experience in the field of HR Services / Customer Service or in SSC environment is an advantage
