Our Sales people connect with the most successful companies in the world and grow our community of the top global decision makers. You will be responsible for liaising directly with C-level executives, VPs, and Global Directors to provide them with an unparalleled platform to find the perfect HR technologies and the best practices to take their organizations to the next level. As part of our Sales team, you’ll establish partnerships and create brand awareness for targeted customer groups at our Market-Leading UNLEASH Shows across Europe and North America (London, Paris, Amsterdam, San Francisco, Las Vegas)!

Tasks and activities

  • B2B global sales, marketing, research, lead generation, negotiation and key account management
  • Engaging with C-level executives from the world’s biggest and most exciting organisations and building your account network and the overall UNLEASH community
  • Meeting the immediate and future needs of our clients, understanding their business priorities and challenges to maintain positive relationships
  • Creating the best possible customer experience in our industry for these leading companies
  • Diversifying our product portfolio and build value for our community

  • A proven and successful professional with demonstrated success in closing sales deals
  • Able to successfully approach and build relationships with new businesses

  • A confident, positive professional with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills in English and an ability to learn new material quickly
