Team / organisation unit description

BP has established a Business Service Centre (“BSC”) in Budapest which provides Finance, Customer Service and Operational Procurement services to all Refining and Marketing ("R&M") businesses in Europe. The BSC provides the opportunity to combine activities dispersed across different locations, and support the standardization and simplification of processes in one location. The BSC started operating in Septembert 2009, since than we hired 1700 colleagues. We are continuously growing and we look for experienced professionals to contribute to our success.


Tasks and activities

  • Develop, produce and analyse  MI report by generating the appropriate reports from the Concur system and supporting the relevant parties for Tax audit, Finance audit and Fraud Investigations
  • Responsible for the delivery and overview of key performance metrics’ target of the global myExpenses process 
  • Serves as initial escalation point for Performance management incl. Fraud investigation, compliance, spend management

Requirements

  • Internal Control / Auditor mind-set
  • Ability to prioritise work load, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written/oral communication in English
  • High level of IT proficiency
  • High level of COGNOS reporting experience
  • Relevant up to 3 year experience in related area (audit or control, reporting) an multinational company
